Zach Logan

CEO & Co-Founder

Zach, with his passion for students through his sports background, started E2E to provide services that address the lack of mental health resources in education systems. Through his time with students and their families, Zach found the importance in addressing mental health within students, their families, and the educators meant to build the next leaders of the future.

Zach's programs lead in driving results and developing new opportunities rooted in program sustainability. His experience with youth allows him to meet the demands and challenges of mental health in our society today. He focuses on hiring staff that can best address the mental health needs of those who need it the most.

His educational background includes a Bachelor's of Science in Organizational Leadership & Supervision from Purdue University followed by a Masters of Science in Health & Kinesiology with a focus on Human Performance from Texas Southern University.

Zach provides 11 dedicated years of experience in development of successful youth programs throughout Ohio. As an Ohio native himself, he takes great pride in providing a strong foundation and place of empowerment for young men/women and their families.

Marquel Brewer

COO & Co-Founder

Marquel has over 20 years of professional experience working with children and families. He served as program director in residential setting and provide leadership to school-based therapy programs. He has extensive involvement in coaching youth sports programs. Marquel is motivated by his passion for children and his ambition to help them succeed. He wants all students to have access to resources needed for success.

When students experience trauma or severe life stressors, it is not uncommon for that to hinder their ability to learn, grow, and thrive. Understanding this, Marquel understand the power in building strong relationships with students while allowing them to heal and find healthy perceptions of themselves.

Marquel believes that it takes the right relationships and team of people to change the trajectory of a student's life. Through his hears of experience coupled with his leadership skills, it is his mission to provide mental/behavioral health services to schools to serve youth and their families.

Marquel received a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Kaplan Univeristy, followed by a Master of Arts in Science in Leadership from Grand Canyon University.

Michelle Brown

Clinical Director

With over 20 years of experience in the mental health field I have been fortunate to work on multidisciplinary teams collaborating to create a supportive environment and a resource for change for those I work with.

In obtaining my bachelors and master’s in social work from Youngstown State University. I have gained an understanding of human development and the need to address change from a holistic approach. Meaning change must be introduced and supported cognitively, environmentally, and kinetically. I am certified in treating trauma and have provided individual, group and family therapy.

I have developed effective programming for individuals with developmental disabilities and also implemented school- based therapy programs for multiple school districts in which I trained therapist and social emotional learning coaches on methods in engaging students, teacher, administration and parents.

In my role as Clinical Director for Empowering to Elevate, my job is to ensure that the services you are experiencing are evidenced based and effective and that our staff are highly trained and supported in delivering these services. That a culture of nurturing, acceptance and education are provided to build use of healthy coping methods.
